Stop working after two months

I bought a dog training collar on February 23, 2021 and I really liked it. The level 2 collar was the perfect tool to train my Sish Tzu with buzzing noises and sometimes vibrations (I've never used electric shocks). After two months, the collar will no longer charge. There's no problem with the handheld remote as it needs to be charged, but without the collar it's useless. After I submitted the above review, I was contacted by the PETPNR customer service team within 24 hours. They replace the collar. I have changed my star rating to 5 stars.
