Had to replace my Atwood propane only hot water tank in my van. The new one was with me the day after I ordered it. It fits perfectly in my caravan. You'll either have to keep the outer cap or get a new one because it doesn't come with it, but that wasn't a problem as my old one went on with no problem, also you'll need to get an old water line with a 1/2" male thread adapter on the Back of your old heater.One of mine broke when I took it off but local hardware has it.The new tank works great,can heat with propane or electricity,or you can use both for faster hot water.
