Two light sources in one in CFLs

They start with a warm white halogen bulb that turns off when the CFL heats up. CFL is a 6500K daylight lamp with a bright, cool color. CFLs come in warm white, cool white, sunlight and daylight. Some people dislike the cold of fluorescent lighting. They are brighter and cast real colored light. I contacted the seller and was told that this is a color temperature of 5000K in sunlight, not 6500K in daylight.
