I like the alligator clips and the 20 foot power cord that runs under the RV and into the battery compartment. I placed the power button on a concrete block to keep it out of the rain puddles. If you need to pump a stretch or uphill and have the money, it's worth it. WARNING: The instructions state that only trash and toilet paper are recycled, and it really is! We thought our biodegradable wipes would work. NOT CORRECT! Unplugging and cleaning one of these devices is the most frustrating task imaginable. So don't do it! Also, if it stops working, check the built-in 20 amp circuit breaker before purchasing another pump. It's on one of the alligator clips.
