We have decided to replace our guest towels as they are becoming more expensive every year. This is a near perfect device. Looks great in the guest bathroom of our small company. I would give it five stars but the device can only be opened with a weird flat key and they only ship one. In addition, it can only be opened from the top to insert towels. In order to get it to the right height for customers, I have to climb a ladder to open it. Of course I'm small and I'm glad it holds up enough so we don't have to download it as often. Good enough that I bought a second one for our other customer's toilet.
