So far so good. I had a tablet in a case with a back that supported it, but I liked that this device made it stand out from the surface I placed it on. I first tried tucking the bezel behind the bezel with the case cover, but it didn't sit securely in the slot. Then common sense took over and I simply slipped the sleeve over my arm and behind the lining. The problem is solved. The mount is strong and firm, holding my pad in most positions I've tested it in. However, there was one that did not support the lining. This wasn't a problem (5 star rating) as I just had to adjust my arm position a bit and my pillow ended up in a nearly identical position. I have only one concern about this pod holder and only time will tell if it's warranted or not. There is a barrel knot that ties the hand together at each joint. Over time, most of the folding devices I've owned will become loose and eventually need to be adjusted. I don't see a way to adjust them to tighten the device. Again, this may or may not be an issue, but if the manufacturer sees my review and can tell me more about my issue, I'd appreciate it. Overall I am very happy with my purchase and will be using the stand for as long as possible.
