Atriuum Review | Very impressed, good value and excellent response

The support that has been given to me by atrium is amazing - I have had multiple people helping with my questions about their product! They are always quick in getting back messages or even phone calls when required for any queries we may need help resolving (and often they end up going out of hours just so it's available!).

It would be great if there was an option within our ticketing system where tickets could also show which person/s were assigned what aspects etc as well- this can make follow ups quicker because you know who should really deal wth certain parts / issues better :) Great customer service from all levels i've come across thus far! I like that it's an all-inclusive solution for our business needs; we can use one platform to manage both internal as well external clients/customers! The interface is also very user friendly with easy navigation across screens which makes onboarding new customers easier too. It has helped us streamline processes while having better control over invoicing & billing of services provided by multiple companies in different states at once (as opposed to using spreadsheets).

Pros
  • Very simple, intuitive UI.
  • Easy accessability via mobile devices eases work flow during field visits,
  • Allows seamless integration between other software platforms used throughout day job such CRM systems , ERP Systems., EPM Software solutions.etc..all seamlessly integrated into ATRIA without much setup hassle!!
Cons
  • Lack Of Customer Service Training
  • Sometimes slow response times due sometimes
