Review on 📶 Enhancing CB Radio Range: Prostick 2' Foot Fiberglass 1000 Watt - Black Antenna by Kyle Omaha

Oh my god yes it's configurable it's amazing that idiots can post bad reviews but can't do a simple tune on this antenna. This is not a 3 foot cut. 2 feet geeezzzz, that's a 2 foot antenna, you can't cut it with a saw. To tune, remove the red cap, take the red copper wire that is just below the plastic, pull out a small amount of wire, cut the wire, and test the cap with an SWR meter. From the box on my jeep you can see that channel 1 was 5 cm, on channel 40 it was 8 which means the antenna is too long. I removed by cutting 6" went down 2 SWR points, removed another 6" of wire, now it's very close so I cut another inch of wire. Now channel 1 is 1.7 and channel 40 is 1.6. Pretty good, so I made it in less than 5 minutes. The Firestick has an adjustment screw at the top which makes it easy, but this antenna is great, fully configurable. BE CAREFUL not to gradually cut too much wire and then see if you can adjust it by making it too short, if that happens to you you can make it longer again by using a spring or quick connector Attach to the bottom of the antenna, and then, being careful, remove the extra wire as needed.
