Other customers seem to have had problems receiving it such as: B. Missing or late parts. At least that's what the real seller just told me. Fortunately, while I hope this clears up for everyone soon, I received all the pertinent details with this order and it arrived on time. The assembly and the general installation went quite quickly and so far so good. It's definitely a lot stronger than my last curtain rod, which startled me last night when it finally popped out, ripped open and banged loudly against the headboard. I do recommend trying it out though - I hope your order arrives on time and with everything promised. (Side note in case this matters to anyone in the future: my wand is silver so I honestly can't comment on the other colors, including if it was one of the others that were missing parts. .)
