I don't like that everything is designed with threaded connections. I've seen some other sizes come with quick connect tube fittings as well, which I would prefer since the brass fittings cross those soft plastic 1" threads so easily and ruin the threads instantly. The only other complaint is how narrow the intakes are (they're no different from OEM parts so nothing's changed - just wish they'd designed them for maximum flow, but maybe that doesn't matter given the limitations of the plasticizer? ). , it was an easy replacement and no leaks. I wish it came with clips but luckily I was able to salvage the old clips without too much trouble so they were replaced much quicker than expected. As others have suggested, I made sure to lubricate the o-rings with silicone sanitary grease (very cheap and available at most hardware stores and handy if you do simple gasket/o-ring plumbing). and they slipped in easily.
