Nice bathrobe. I was disappointed when it arrived that it wasn't super soft. Its terry cotton is more like a towel and not particularly thick. And yet it's thick enough to fit a large spare hoop around your waist if you're not a total sylph. But he grew up with me. It's comfortable enough without being too heavy. As promised by the manufacturer, there was absolutely no unpleasant chemical smell when opening the packaging. That's a huge plus in our weird, chemically intense time. I briefly considered returning it and continuing my search for the 'perfect' robe, but the more I searched, the more I became convinced that for the money I couldn't do better. I received it in a light gray color which I thought would wash off better than a darker color which might be prone to fading. So far so good and overall I feel comfortable giving it a thumbs up.
