Update Jan 2021: Burnt out after about 7 months. Original June 2019 Review: I have a 2008 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 Quad Cab. The AC heater and heater were looking at this thing where they were either on full power or off. I figured I would have to replace the HVAC control box. Bad deal at around $200 plus dash disassembly. A YouTube video led me to this part. I was skeptical, but whatever. Less than $20 very easy to replace even for me. It appears just behind the glove box, at the bottom of the dash, on the passenger side. 2 screws and dowels. Air conditioning and heating are working as they should again! I recommend this part.
