Review on πŸ” ROXANT Grip Scope HD Wide View Monocular - Retractable Eyepiece, Multi Coated Lens, BAK4 Prism – Includes Cleaning Cloth, Case & Neck Strap by Stacy Malcolm

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I ordered 4 different monoscopes. Roxant is a winner.

I actually bought 4 different monoscopes when I ordered the wide angle Roxant 6x30 lens, also a Polaris 10x50, a Carson 6x18 and a MiluoTech 16x52. I planned to use the range for several reasons. 1) Bird Watching to get a better view of the species visiting our bird feeder. 2) To be able to look down on the pasture and see where the goats are. 3) Look out for boats and/or whales in Puget Sound. The Polaris is nice because it has a larger zoom factor, but I always find it a bit blurry in focus. Blurred and useless, MiluoTech is making a comeback. The Little Carson is a nice little scope, but I'll probably give it to a friend because of the Roxant. The Roxant is a great scope and it has the same 6x magnification as the Carson so I don't need the Carson. What's more, it's small enough to fit in your pocket when you're on wildlife trails. The grommets on the Roxant are great for holding on to while using the scope with gloves on. The punches feel comfortable with bare hands and don't bother you because they are too sharp or hard. The rubberized feel is spot on too. The weight and size are just right for my hand. I wear an X-Small all-purpose glove. The instructions are great! The adjustable eyecup is very comfortable. I really like the 6x zoom wide angle lens and the picture is so sharp and clear. (The wider lens on this Roxant would be why I'd probably give Carson away.) When it comes to birdwatching, I like the Roxant because it allows me to quickly find these fast little birds and watch them move. Once they really stay at the feeder and don't move, I switch to Polaris after concentrating on the feeder so I can get close-ups to see the bird in my birding books. The price seems really fair and the build quality seems to be there. (I won't do a drop test!) I'm very glad I chose this scope! This is going to be the area I'll turn to most often. Thank you!
