I took it out the package a few weeks after arrival. I waited some weeks for it to lay flat, than I came to Revain to ask for a refund, but some customers wrote reviews that it laid flat for them after a while so I decided to wait some more. I also kept it under a rug, thinking the extra weight will help. I also read online that might be flattened with an ironing machine, tried that as well, I actually kept it on my ironing board for some time, under a cotton sheet of course, that didn’t worked either. I am now convinced it will never be flat. The personel at Gartful was very kind to take a late complaint and credited me half the money, but I wouldn't buy again, not unless they change the package and send it rolled.
