So baby shoes seem to wear out very quickly. This couple suffered greatly and lasted about four months. They're starting to wear out a bit, but are still usable. We bought them from Amazon at a very good price. I would buy two pairs. So they don't last forever, but I don't think a toddler shoe will last forever. They were great because they are 1) cute 2) comfortable as far as I can tell 3) very easy to put on and take off.
