So far this is a great chair. Took quite a bit more time than 15 minutes to setup. I accidentally tightened a screw too tight, and broke a piece. I reached out to Customer Service, and they replaced the piece right away. Also, they do not fold as easy as led on to be. Overall, still a great purchase.
