Perfect fit! Only the color is black and sticks to my tan van like a sore thumb. I had to purchase an industrial grade 3M Photo Hanger for mounting. I didn't bother with the velcro that came with the kit. The 3M adhesive can be removed without leaving any residue. It is actually smaller than it looks in the photos. I wouldn't call it a trash can, I would call it a bin to hold your phone and chargers, an umbrella (small) and other items. I couldn't fit an empty 20 ounce soda bottle in. Perhaps gum wrappers or napkins were used. I have kept it when traveling, love to have my phone and charger close by. I also have a pen, notepad and loose change.
