The ability for us to have our POS system in the cloud so we don't need any physical devices on site has allowed us to be much more mobile with our staff, as well as providing better inventory control. We love that there is an easy way to export invoices or data from within the program itself which makes it easier than we have been able to do before! I wish you could set up multiple users who would all log into the same account/program. It can get confusing if one person changes things without informing the other two members of their change(s). There are some functions that aren't available when using the app version of the software (ie. having an item's barcode scanned) but once we switch over to the actual desktop product everything works great.
