I love the flexibility of the product- you can setup the system to fit your needs. I like that you can create multiple types of menus, including both digital and paper based. The menu is also linked to the POS, so you can see where your customers are in the store. I wish the app could sync up with the cash register to make it easier to scan and ring up items. The ability for us to have our POS system in the cloud so we don't need any physical devices on site has allowed us to be much more mobile with our staff, as well as providing better inventory control. We love that there is an easy way to export invoices or data from within the program itself which makes it easier than we have been able to do before! I love that it is easy for us as an independent restaurant owner, or even just small restaurants like ours in town (20 seats)to use!
