I love the flexibility of the product- you can setup the system to fit your needs. I like that you can create multiple types of menus, including both digital and paper based. The menu is also linked to the POS, so you can see where your customers are in the store. I wish the app could sync up with the cash register to make it easier to scan and ring up items. I also wish there was more of a mobile app available to make the product more user friendly. I have been able to set up my store to make it easy and fast for my employees to take orders and check out customers. I can also keep track of inventory and see where my customers are in the store.
