Good for massage, the smell is pleasant and light. I have another oil that smells nice too, but it's very strong. This product has a very pleasant smell, but not overpowering. My friend used it on me and it wasn't until it landed on my shoulders or neck that I could smell it. So it was nice and relaxing and didn't make me hard when I had to run errands. But yes, like oil, it also works great. This allows your hands to glide nicely across the skin, but not so slippery that they slip off when trying to focus on an area. Such great product. And the company even sent a follow-up email to make sure the item wasn't damaged. and well, and that's just great customer service!
