The ability to change our scheduling calendar in real time is very useful for us at this point of our business! I can't find anything specific I dislike about the product or service - it's been great overall! The ease with which we are able to see who has availability as well as when they're available really allows us flexibility where needed in our operations department. We've utilized their staff scheduler from the beginning. They have continued to provide support whenever we need assistance. So far we haven't had any issues but if there were something they could improve upon I'm confident they would make changes. Using their website in conjunction with the app makes life easier than having to open up multiple programs and switch between them.
