I am 5'6" and weigh 200 pounds. I have a small waist and a big butt. I wear size 16 jeans. I ordered XL and they fit comfortably. I usually order XL so I would say they are true to size. You climb up. I have a short torso, almost to the chest. It helps my mom's tummy hold it up a bit. I'm considering ordering a size smaller. I don't feel like it gives my ass that high definition look that all the videos show. Maybe going down a size would help to really lift my butt. The XL offers enough space for people who are taller or wider than me. but i love her I look forward to wearing them for sports, hiking and horseback riding.
