Device died on arrival - please save money
I received this item and my son I bought for made me angry so I hid it from him. Today I decided to give it to him and the box is dead On arrival I can't get the light to indicate a couple of sockets and it's just dead there is no power in this box. now i can't even go back because the window is closed, i'm very angry. It's new out of the box, has never been opened to this day to find out it's dead. I need a replacement or refund, that's not cool, why send bad products to buyers? I hope Amazon reads and responds
