The basket was easy to assemble and the instructions were easy to read. I used the basket with my 10 lb dog who seems used to riding. I like the extra seat belts, but their location on the handlebars is a little awkward. I like the harness that attaches to the dog's harness, but it feels a bit short even in the longest position. I added a short extension so my dog can sit up without flinching all the time. So far, so good! Update: I've used the recycle bin a lot over the past four months. At first I was happy with the basket, but now I have some problems. The basket is no longer that reliable and is becoming weaker and weaker. The extra seat belt buckles are cheap plastic and will not snap. Without seat belts, the basket wobbles and tilts forward.
