Review on Efficient Cleaning with Swiffer Sweeper Starter Kit in Green by Tammy Lewis

This was a replacement for my old Swiffer as the grip was worn out. I would give it 5 stars except that the pen was difficult to assemble. It took me 45 minutes and a pinched finger to assemble it. The small spring buttons could not be pressed to engage the handles. THERE ARE NO INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS AT ALL. When I ordered it, there was no indication in the properties that the handle was not fitted. The Swiffer is a great product but the instructions need to be specific and NOT JUST connect the handles together. Those little springy knobs are a real problem and hard to hold on to. I've been using Swiffer since it came out, but my original came pre-built. I would like to receive your comment on this topic. Thank you Tony
