I wanted to look at it again as I haven't been able to use it since August. I bought this in May 2018 as my hair was very damaged (okay I dyed it 3 times in a week) BUT it always looked so much better when my barber dried it with his super blow dryer. Since I have already used the same hair products, I decided to invest in an expensive hair dryer as well. This blow dryer was a little quieter and dried my hair a little quicker. about 3 months. I sat on the vanity to dry my hair, put the blow dryer on my knees to grab something and it slid to the floor. He fell onto the carpet just 24 inches off the floor and smashed! It turned on but made a horrible piercing noise and spat out a chunk of plastic and then several melted chunks (see photo). Now he just smells burnt, so he's gone forever. I will not use the warranty as it has been cancelled. I was able to easily register the dryer on their website. I can't imagine a pro using this and accidentally dropping it from a great height! Back to my Conair Infiniti Pro, which has an A/C motor that lasts forever, broke, still works fine, and costs about $30! So disappointed with this purchase!
