The condenser fan is an important part of the cooling system because it turns on when the car's air conditioning is turned on. It's easy to check his work. Turn on the A/C, make sure the compressor is on and BOTH fans are running to cool the engine/radiator when the vehicle is stationary. Also replaced the radiator on my neighbor's Mazda as it was under stress when the condenser fan failed causing the engine to overheat.
