Absolutely a necessity for me!
It’s the perfect height & width & I love how it just hugs me! I keep the neck roll buttoned on & keep it rolled back & roll it forward & only use it if I need more support to hold my cold packs & heating pad against my neck & shoulders.
It supports my back, especially my lower back & it just simplifies my life & I’m so happy I finally bought it & am able to actually chill out here & keep my pain level more manageable!
