Review on 🐾 Revolutionary Dust-Free Pet Bedding: Carefresh 99% Natural Paper Nesting Bedding with Odor Control, 60 L by Amber Gaiser

We have three male guinea pigs. They pee and poop and the worst thing is piss! We tried chips. Pooh. We currently use fleece bedding which needs to be changed and washed every 4 days otherwise the ammonia smell gets horrible. We have neighbors who look after them for 7 days while we're away and I thought there's no way the piglets can live that long in odor and dirt, and there's no way I'm going to ask the neighbors to do a full cage clean . After reading many reviews, I decided to try CareFresh bedding for guinea pigs and rabbits based solely on the reviews. Oh my God. It's like an answer to my prayers. First, guinea pigs really like this bedding. And secondly, they now go to write on purpose and almost constantly poop in a corner! Now the big test: absorbency and smell. I'm on my third day and it doesn't smell like ammonia yet! I go in at least every night or 2 days and scoop the "wet" part of the sheets into the corner where they pee. There aren't many, maybe a handful or two, and I replace them with several handfuls of fresh linens. I also have a piss pad under the sheets, but so far it hasn't even gotten wet. I am very impressed with this bedding and I think the rest of her cage doesn't need a full cage clean. Departure for at least 10 days. Hallelujah!
