Works well, but really only once. These are precision screwdrivers and if you use the wrong screwdriver with the wrong head you will burn out. It's not the strongest material, so if you really have to stand on one of these, they deform pretty easily. Take your time and you will be fine. Be careful though, and if you have to force someone, be very careful.
