Bulk Supplements Custom Pre Workout Stack

I purchased this product as part of my own pre workout stack of 4g Beta Alanine, 6g Citrulline Malate and 4g Creatine Monohydrate . I've done a few other pre-workouts in the past and don't like a lot of the added bulking agents ($$) and have to deal with unknown dosage amounts that end up in "proprietary blends". Bulk supplements offer exactly what they advertise, the purest form of these ingredients in very reasonable products. At the same time, the quality of the products is at the highest level, which is reflected in my results. I've seen significant gains in my workouts in both volume and quantity, increased strength, endurance and endurance and have been able to achieve this in a calorie deficit without compromise. My goal was to control specific dosages of each ingredient to get the results I wanted (fat loss and muscle gain), and Bulk Supplements allowed me to do that. All three powders mix very well and dissolve in water without leaving lumps or residue in the shaker. Beta-alanine is said to help prevent muscle fatigue during exercise, and citrulline malate is a vasodilator, resulting in better pumps. . Creatine monohydrate helps support muscle mass and ATP synthesis to promote muscle recovery. This is especially useful for anaerobic exercise that requires extra effort. As far as I can tell, beta-alanine and creatine monohydrate are unflavored, but citrulline malate is very bitter. I would recommend mixing with some kind of sweetener to balance out the bitterness and make this mix tastier. I use Fruit Punch Gatorade Powder (11g) in my blend and it works for me. This is only half the amount of Gatorade powder listed on the package, but again, trying to reduce the amount means limiting your sugar and calorie intake. Some might want it sweeter, but I take it for the result, not the taste. For anyone looking to create a custom pre-workout, I recommend using bulk supplements. Shipping is fast, accurate, and relatively cheap compared to the flashier brands you'll see at places like GNC. I will be adding BCAA 2:1:1 to my daily routine soon to help with muscle soreness and recovery.
