I really like the design of these pants but the cut is almost there but not quite. I had to trim the elastic in a couple of places because it was too tight. What's the point of lace at all when everything is elastic? The instep sits above my belly button so it hugs the smallest part of my waist which would be nice if they were more tailored. Although they are too narrow in the waist, they are rather baggy, they don't give the look of a straight leg with a high rise, more like semi-fashion mommy jogging pants. I really like how they are cut below the knee.
