No, no, no. Don't waste money! I bought this straightener based on a youtube beauty blogger video - I'm dumb - and I hate it so much I'm throwing it away. My hair does NOT go straight, it gets knotted and tangled. But what's worse, it's impossible to keep the necessary tension on the hair because you can't hold the last inch because it's stuck in the channels of the flat iron. So the last piece will just be curly and thin. Finally, the handle design is terrible - it's so easy to accidentally press the button when I'm gripping it that I kept turning it off during use without realizing it until I realized it was too cool for the job. All in all a bad product. Maybe the blogger got another model, maybe she was paid to recommend her. Who knows? Just don't buy the one linked here. Better yet, don't buy electronic devices from nameless companies that don't have a solid long-term reputation for quality. By the way, "brush straightener" is a misnomer. There is no brush, just hard plastic channels for the hair to fit.
