Very user friendly and easy setup/use
I like that you can upload your own forms for use in multiple locations at one time! It was great to be able to quickly submit out of state incident reports from my home computer instead of having them printed off then faxed or mailed back with each report submitted (which is what we used before this service).
I wish there were more options available under "Agency" than just agency type so it could also include sub-agencies as well if needed but overall our experience has been very good working here since going live about 6 months ago!!
Pros
- My manager will send an email notification when she sends her daily emails, allowing me have easy access without using excel sheets/spreadsheets..and being notified via text message makes sense too because sometimes they are sent during work hours which means no interrupting others while trying t o get information.or even worse forgetting all
