I like that it is easy to navigate through all of our files in one place! It also allows me quick access from anywhere with an internet connection which helps when we are out at events or training classes for long periods of time without being able to check email/text messages etc. We have not found anything yet as far as dislike goes but there really isn't much negative feedback either so this could be because no-one has used the system enough (yet). I like that it is user-friendly for both customers/clients as well us! The software has been great in helping me to get new clients with ease of use plus having my phone number right there so they can call or text when needed makes life easier than ever before!! There isn't much at this time but if you are looking into getting an agency then do yourself some homework first because not all agencies will be good fits nor have what your needing (at least from our experience). I like that you can upload your own forms for use in multiple locations at one time! It was great to be able to quickly submit out of state incident reports from my home computer instead of having them printed off then faxed or mailed back with each report submitted (which is what we used before this service). I wish there were more options available under "Agency" than just agency type so it could also include sub-agencies as well if needed but overall our experience has been very good…
