I like that this is one of those companies with an extensive knowledge base behind it, which makes troubleshooting easy for anyone who has any level of experience in electronic systems (even if they're not trained). No real dislikes other than sometimes having to drill down into some documentation or help files just a little bit more before you understand everything fully - but nothing that's really enough where we'd say "no thanks" because there are better products out now. We've used their software as well as installed them many times throughout our organization here at The Salvation Army. In working together, our teams have done countless deployments both in support of training scenarios as well as actual incidents. I like that there is an app for everything! It is very easy to use, simple and efficient. The software has been updated in recent years so it can handle more complex calls than previous versions. There were some times where we would have issues with getting our dispatchers connected but this was resolved quickly. We are using FRS as a replacement for P2D. This allows us to be able to better track our response time.
