I listen to a lot of music and audio books while driving my truck at night. I need a VERY loud bluetooth speaker to drown out the surrounding diesel engine, wind and other road noise. I've been using the same speaker for several years. I liked the Jam Party so much that I bought a second one of the same model when my first one wore out. (I struggle with the speaker, up to 10 hours a night at full volume!) Well, about a week ago he finally gave up on me. Couldn't find Jam Party again to replace him. I started looking for a new replacement. I have read many reviews from multiple speakers and watched countless videos on Youtube. This Tronsmart Element Mega keeps popping up with great reviews. Bought from Revain for $50. HOLY COW! This small (brick-sized) speaker is very loud and has excellent clarity. I'm not a music lover, but I need strong bass and crisp, clear mids and highs. It absolutely delivers! If you're considering a small portable Bluetooth speaker, I'd highly recommend it. Ideal for outdoor use and when you need amazing, house-filling sound. They even have a waterproof and shockproof version that costs $10 more.
