Review on Waterproof Crib Flat Mattress QuickZip by Sherrill Stockwell

UPDATE: A customer service rep contacted us and said we must have received the wrong shipment. She swapped the pads. The replacement parts were much better but still not as washable as the other more expensive version of this pad. ORIGINAL REVIEW: This is a terrible product. First, the "natural" color is visible through QuickZip's white sheets. Pads get very swollen with washing which worries me when using them on an infant. They can be ironed in a horizontal position. But who really wants to do that after every wash when you have a baby? They're terribly built. Despite being rectangles, the top and bottom parts are somehow horribly crooked. The bottom piece of fabric was 2 inches smaller than the top quilted piece, resulting in extra padding on the top of the pad that was visible under the sheet. I love QuickZip sheets, but this product doesn't appear to be made by the same company (although they are sold by them). Don't waste your money on it! I ended up throwing them away after trying unsuccessfully to remake them (because they were so shabby carved) and instead bought flat crib mattress pads from another company.
