I like how easy it is to customize and set up each department in Work Zone. We have created specific departments for certain departments and we have our own supervisors as well. The support team can be very slow to respond sometimes when you need them the most! They are still figuring out how to integrate this into their system but they will eventually figure it out. This has helped us keep track of all the work orders we receive daily from different companies/locations as well as internal work orders that come directly to us. I like the ability to see all of my employees in one place as well as view their time off, vacation, etc. The system can be very confusing at first but once you get used to it, it's pretty easy to use. I wish there was an option to have more than one supervisor show up in the same screen. We are able to keep track of our staff and what they need to do for each shift.
