They look awful and cheap! Also, the whole experience was terrible. Initially there were no assembly instructions in the box and there was only ONE screw that fully unscrewed on the box. The top didn't fit the bottom and one side is uneven (chairs are uneven and look totally bent). The finish on the left looked completely different than the right. I emailed their support team and they said that although the brackets are not perfectly aligned the chair will work fine as long as the screws in the chair are sturdy and hold the legs in the base so I tried installing it, and after I did it, the chair looked like a rocking chair. After I sat on it, a clamp opened and I nearly fell to the floor. I am sending these back. Terrible!
