I had the same problems as other reviews on here about lamp damage. Both original and replacement. I contacted the seller, he responded quickly and sent me replacement bulbs. So great customer support. The product itself works great for my dandruff. The battery housed in the solar panel is a regular 18650 battery with a capacity of 2000mAh. I have several of these for my expensive flashlights. I upgraded the battery to 3500mah and was able to fully charge it before installation. The standard battery is approximately half charged, which is the industry standard for rechargeable lithium batteries.
