I bought this watch instead of an overpriced Apple Watch. While heart rate, blood pressure, and SpO2 monitors aren't 100% accurate, I don't even expect them to be from devices like FitBit and Apple Watches. I'm a healthcare professional and have my own pulse, blood pressure and SpO2 checked for comparison to this watch - very similar results which is good enough for me! In general, I like my watch very much. I was concerned that the screen would be scratched easily, but so far not a single scratch even while working and treating patients! I wipe it with an alcohol wipe, no damage. I recommend this watch as an affordable alternative to more expensive branded watches.
