I've suffered from dry mouth for over a decade. Many of those years I bought Biotene gel toothpaste but as far as I can tell they stopped making it. I'm not a fan of their pasted versions, so I started looking for alternatives. This toothpaste is not a gel but a very light paste. It uses a pump to extract a small amount of toothpaste from a container. At first I thought it was too little, but I began to believe that this is the ideal amount in most cases. And when I need more, I just pump off a smaller amount to top up what I have. My only issue is that on some containers I had to pump the pump over 100 times (I think) before the toothpaste finally arrived. Outside. One night I refused and wanted to return it the next day but when I tried again the toothpaste came out. I will definitely buy toothpaste again. Actually I bought.
