I've had Plantronics headsets for years and usually like them. My others had amazing noise cancellation, this one didn't. I've had people complain that they can hear everything in the background. The battery life is terrible, if I say for 20 minutes it already consumes an hour of battery life. My old ones (of which I had several) had much better battery life. I don't feel like I can even get 4 hours on a full charge with this device. The headphones' foam casing doesn't remain intact, so that's another issue. I don't think I will ever order this again. I really wish I could order the old style again and it's half the price of the one I don't like.
