Good product for me, no problems at all.

Basically, I' Its pros: Excellent sound quality, durable construction, soft touch finish, Has some cons: At first, the size of the headset was somewhat embarrassing - at first glance it really seems too big

It is unpleasant to part with the headset, but if the crackling is not cured through firmware / replacing the phone / Bluetooth to the PC . Pros below: Pleasant and well kept on the ear - it does not slip during sharp turns, the sound is 5 out of 5, as is the ease of use. Its cons: Clumsy pairing via Bluetooth with a phone, crackling / clicks during a conversation in the speaker of the interlocutor, days (it hurt, but this is personal).

Unsuccessful purchase, I am disappointed.

With its pros: Comfortably worn behind the ear (for any) The batteries last all day. Got cons: Like the Platronics Legend headsets before it, in less than two years, I read in reviews, including English ones, the ear or not) does not work well, At first it just sticks out,

I wasn't impressed with this version

I've had Plantronics headsets for years and usually like them. My others had amazing noise cancellation, this one didn't. I've had people complain that they can hear everything in the background. The battery life is terrible, if I say for 20 minutes it already consumes an hour of battery life. My old ones (of which I had several) had much better battery life. I don't feel like I can even get 4 hours on a full charge with this device. The headphones' foam casing doesn't remain intact, so that's…

5200 vs. Sennheiser Presence

Please note that if you receive the headset in a brown box it may be refurbished and sold as new. These are the ones where people have issues with aggressive noise cancellation. It has been noticed that the brown box types are of lower quality than the new OEM types. To be honest, the Sennheiser Presence UC and this one are on par when it comes to noise cancellation, except the Sennheiser Presence battery lasts almost 10 hours. Sennheiser Presence has better voice pickup quality, Plantronics…

Work On The Go Fits Headphones

This is the perfect travel headset. It packs up and takes with you very easily, much easier than larger models. Looks and sounds great too. It can connect to 2 devices which is great as I use it for MS Teams on my laptop and on my phone. Charging is a little tricky, but that's not a problem if you know you need to check the quality of the connection. The biggest downside for me is that it doesn't have a removable battery. I've been using this brand of headset for years so I know these batteries

Best One-Ear Headphones

We've tried LOTS of Bluetooth headphones over the past few years. I finally spent $ on an updated version of my old favorite Voyager. And was it worth it. Battery life is pretty good - not as long as some, but that's not an issue with a charging case. The case has a bit of an odd shape, but I like the dual indicators (for earbuds and case battery). The hole in the top with the second set of pins was confusing at first, but I suppose you can leave the case plugged in, lie on your desk, and then…

Functional steps back, aesthetic steps forward

First off, I've been using Plantronics Legend headsets for many years and I've been swapping them out because the batteries aren't holding a charge. I've always been a fan of Plantronics headsets. I've had a Voyager 5200 UC for about a month and am very disappointed with this hardware. Here's why: The two-material construction, reminiscent of rubber and hard plastic, has "sharp" edges where the two materials meet. Not as convenient as Legend. The micro-USB charging port on the bottom is SUPER…

Im amazed! It was definitely worth the money!

Hello everyone, today I want to tell you about Plantronics Voyager 5200 Earset Over. We needed a headset that does not fall out of the ear and at the same time high quality sound transmission. After buying all kinds of headset options up to a thousand and a little higher (you hear not the interlocutor, but the noise), I decided to buy Plantronics, I don’t regret it at all! Yes, the price is very high now, but it’s worth it.

Pros
  • Excellent sound, the interlocutor is perfectly audible, and he also hears well, all background sounds go far into the background
Cons
  • This is currently a very high price.
