I like how easy it was for me to navigate through all of their product offerings. It's very user friendly! The customer support team has been great as well - they are always willing to help you out so that your experience at LTI can be positive from beginning-to-end!! If there were anything negative about this platform it would just have to do with price point / functionality offered by other platforms in comparison to what we offer our customers. We're able solve many technical issues quickly without having to spend time researching them ourselves or hiring an outside consultant.
