Excellent Customer Service & Knowledgeable Technical Team

The technical support team at LTI was very responsive to our needs in terms of both product implementation as well as training requirements for new users within my department (the Sales Department). I highly recommend working directly w/LTD Support when implementing any kind of system that requires custom workflows or integration into existing systems; they are extremely knowledgeable about all aspects related to their products' functionality! Easy to use, great customer support, and great for technical troubleshooting

I like how easy it was for me to navigate through all of their product offerings. It's very user friendly! The customer support team has been great as well - they are always willing to help you out so that your experience at LTI can be positive from beginning-to-end!! If there were anything negative about this platform it would just have to do with price point / functionality offered by other platforms in comparison to what we offer our customers. We're able solve many technical issues quickly…
