When we received this watering can, it did not include the long spout; and thus, we were not able to use this item at all. Without the spout, the spray head does not screw on, and we obviously cannot use this with just the short spout that is attached to the main body.We have reached out to technical support around this issue and will update this review accordingly if we hear back and receive a replacement part.EDIT (12/6/2022):We heard back from the support team within a day, and a replacement item was shipped soon after, which we received today. I was impressed with the overall support - they admitted that there had been some manufacturing issues and promised to send a replacement straight away.As for the product itself, it is a nice, sturdy watering can (and the pink color is cute as well). It is a decent enough size such that it should be plenty enough to water several indoor pots (which is our use case). We are happy with the item's functionality so far.
