A good, simple watering can; great customer service

When we received this watering can, it did not include the long spout; and thus, we were not able to use this item at all. Without the spout, the spray head does not screw on, and we obviously cannot use this with just the short spout that is attached to the main body.We have reached out to technical support around this issue and will update this review accordingly if we hear back and receive a replacement part.EDIT (12/6/2022):We heard back from the support team within a day, and a replacement

I wanted to like this watering can

I wanted to like this watering can, I really did. It seems sturdy, I like the color, it’s easy to hold. But. And here comes the but… every single time I use it, there’s a puddle on the floor and I can’t figure out why. The first time, I realized that the neck was too loose (it’s a screw on to the canister), the second time, I realized that it had loosened but from the third time and on, I’ve checked it and there is still water on the floor. So… alas. I can’t recommend this particular watering…

My plant babies are happy.

I have a window full of plants of all kinds. So having a watering can has helped me to remember my babies need food and water. It is very light weight easy to hold and pours out quickly. I want one for outside now.

designed well for my opinion

Love the design. Holds water without spilling. Love the rain nozzle, keeps water from digging out holes in the soil. Disappointed that there is a leak at the bottom seam. Trying tape because I don't want to wait on replacement. If no leak.I would have given 5 stars.

Not exactly red in my review

The design doesn't get all the water out from the bottom but I do like the longer nozzle. The color isn't red but more of a neutral "clay" color. I do like the color.

Perfect for my needs

This watering can is exactly what I wanted. Holds enough for all of my lanai plants at one time. Pours easily although some dripping. It is a great value.

Perfect for a few pots of plants and flowers.

Could have gotten 5 stars for what I wanted to do with it: light weight with half gallon capacity to water a few pots of plants and flowers in the back. It's made of sturdy plastic and will give me a couple of year's good service, but unfortunately the white piece of neck extension is missing upon opening the package. The quality is good, and I believe it's human error made in the process of packing (it's shipped along with other stuff I ordered). I can still glue the sprayer tip to the "snub"…

Super cute for my opinion

UPDATE 12/08/22: I ended up using it as a pot for some artificial flowers and put in as decor on my balcony. Looks so adorable, check out the pic 😍 I updated the rating to 5 stars because i love it so much as a pot, lol. Larger than expected, but a little cheap

I'm really not sure what to rate this watering can. First impression is that it is a little cheap. The plastic feels less solid than tupperware. It didn't come with the company logo on it as pictured, which is actually a nice looking logo, so its just plain white. However it does work nicely, the low spout and spout head make for a nice rainfall. When you detach the spout head, for a more focused stream, the can looks like it's missing something, rather than having a nice look for either…

Says It's Red for my opinion

It is a lovely small watering can. A good size for small plants, especially indoors. However, it isn't really red.it sort of Terra cotta in color.
